Returns Policy
At PRIMEDERM, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, items may be returned provided they are unused, undamaged, and remain in their original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 5 days of delivery.
Please note that products which have been opened or used cannot be accepted back. This safeguard ensures that every customer receives products that are brand new and directly sourced from the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the outcome. If your request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 working days.
While most refunds are processed quickly, please be aware that bank or card provider timelines may vary. If your refund does not appear:
- Review your bank account again.
- Contact your card issuer, as posting times can differ.
- Speak with your bank, since processing delays are common.

Shipping & Return Costs
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and we do not provide free return labels. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and any refund issued will have the original delivery cost deducted.
We strongly recommend using a tracked or recorded delivery service when sending items back. We cannot accept liability for returns that fail to reach us. Customers must ensure items are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. Returns that arrive without original packaging or in unsatisfactory condition will not qualify for a refund.
