The terms “PRIMEDERM,” “us,” or “we” refer to the website owner, while “you” refers to the user or viewer.

General Terms

  • Agreement: By placing an order, you accept these Terms & Conditions, including our returns policy, customs charges, and all associated risks. Pre-order items may require 7–14 working days for processing before dispatch.
  • Content Disclaimer: Information provided on this website is for general purposes only and may be updated without prior notice. We disclaim all warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any specific purpose.
  • Liability: You assume full responsibility for the use of any information or products purchased through this website. It is your duty to ensure suitability for your intended purpose.
  • Intellectual Property: All designs, graphics, layouts, and content are owned by or licensed to us. Unauthorised reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

Reselling Products

The resale of goods purchased from PRIMEDERM is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders suspected of resale, followed by account closure and/or blacklisting if necessary.

Promotion & Coupon Usage

  • We reserve the right to withdraw discounts or promotions at any time.
  • All new accounts and first orders will be reviewed to identify duplicate or prohibited coupon usage.
  • Discount codes and promotions cannot be applied to INFINI products, sale/reduced items, or bundles (e.g., Lumi Eyes Buy 10 Get 4 Free).
  • Codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be retroactively added to existing orders. We cannot modify, adjust, or refund differences where codes were not successfully entered before payment.

Ordering & Delivery

  • Order Details: Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery and contact information is correct. PRIMEDERM is not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect details.
  • International Orders: Customers must comply with their country’s customs regulations. We are not liable for delays, seizures, or customs-related issues.
  • Delivery Attempts: One additional delivery attempt will be arranged free of charge. Further attempts will incur costs.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Once an order has been delivered or left at a designated safe place, PRIMEDERM is not liable for loss or theft.
  • Qualifications: Products are sold exclusively to trained practitioners with verified CPD-accredited aesthetics training. Proof of qualification is required for first-time orders.
  • Courier Delays: We are not responsible for any loss of income due to courier delays or non-delivery.

Product Usage & Practitioner Requirements

  • Products are supplied strictly for use by qualified, certified, and insured aesthetic practitioners and medical professionals.
  • Products must only be used in a clinical environment and are not for home use or administration by unqualified individuals.
  • Purchasers must ensure they and any users hold appropriate qualifications, training, and insurance.
  • All products must be used in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
  • PRIMEDERM accepts no liability for misuse, off-label use, or administration by unqualified or uninsured individuals.

Returns & Replacements

  • Replacement Policy: Replacement items may be issued at our discretion and require:
    • Photos of the box (including batch number) and syringe.
    • A detailed explanation of the issue.
    • Items used with unauthorised accessories (e.g., needles or cannulas not included) are not eligible.
  • Guarantee: Electrical items include a 12-month guarantee. Product outcomes are not guaranteed and do not qualify for replacement.

Bank Holidays & Delays

Orders placed around bank holidays may experience courier backlogs. PRIMEDERM is not responsible for delays or additional postage costs incurred.

Complaints & Claims

  • Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders: Notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Investigations must conclude before replacements or refunds are issued unless covered by delivery insurance.
  • Complaints: Submit complaints via email to support@primederm.co.uk. We aim to acknowledge complaints within one week.

Delivery Protection

Optional cover is available:

  • £1.95 for orders up to £200
  • £2.95 for orders between £200–£300
  • £5.95 for orders over £300

Opting out of this cover waives your right to compensation for lost, damaged, or misdelivered orders. Orders left with a neighbour at the customer’s request are not eligible for compensation.

PRIMEDERM Price Beat Guarantee

We guarantee to beat any price from another UK wholesaler that meets the following conditions:

  • They are a UK limited company and VAT registered.
  • The product is in stock at the time of checking.
  • The product is not part of a sale or promotion.
  • We can independently verify the price.

Account & Order Policies

  • Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel orders linked to unethical or illegal activities, including resale without permission or lack of insurance.
  • Resale Prohibition: Items purchased are for personal or professional use only and may not be resold without explicit authorisation.

Shipping Abroad

PRIMEDERM is a UK-based business. For international orders:

  • All shipments are sent via express service with DPD.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location, order value, and weight.
  • Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days.
  • Customers who have not paid VAT at checkout are responsible for import/duty charges imposed by their local government.

Rejected Shipments

  • If a shipment is rejected due to additional charges, it may be destroyed or returned.
  • Destroyed shipments are non-refundable.
  • Returned shipments will incur return costs deducted from refunds.
  • Refunds are issued only after items are received and checked by PRIMEDERM.

Other Policies

  • Samples: Provided for first-time purchases only. Requests may be declined if terms are violated.
  • Discounts: Promotional codes cannot be combined with sale prices. Orders are confirmed only upon dispatch.
  • Printed Materials: Marketing materials are delivered by a third-party partner. Failed deliveries may incur additional fees.
