Dispatch & Delivery
Dispatch
- Customers will receive an email notification once their order has been dispatched.
- We work with both DPD and DX Express depending on courier availability.
- The cut‑off time for same‑day dispatch on weekdays is 06:00 PM for DPD shipments. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next working day.
- Due to the nature of our products, DPD cannot leave parcels in a “safe place” if you are not at home. In some cases, they may leave the package with a neighbour.
Delivery
- Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 7:30 AM and 8:00 PM.
- Standard deliveries are not available on weekends or public holidays.
- We do not deliver to PO BOX addresses.
- Timed delivery options are not available in Scotland or Northern Ireland.
- While we aim to ensure prompt delivery, occasional courier delays may occur, particularly during busy periods.
Missed Deliveries
- If you are unavailable to receive your order, the courier will attempt delivery again the following day.
- Typically, two delivery attempts are made. The driver will leave a card or message with a contact number so you can arrange a new delivery date.
- If the courier cannot reach you, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.
- Re‑delivery will require payment of both the return fee and the new delivery charge.
- If you choose to cancel the order after it has been returned, we will issue a refund minus the delivery and return costs.
